I’ve never posted or wrote a review before so I’m going to copy the format. I purchased Jafrum branded saddle bags about 3 months ago. I purchased them partially due to the low cost and so I thought high quality. Their “ Warranty” sounds too good to be true ( it is ). I bought some saddlebags for X-mas from Jafrum. I liked there price and liked the fact that they have a hard body. However I was disappointed to open the box and see sagging lid. Not a big Deal, I called them to return or exchange the bags. To my surprise they said there is nothing they can do about it and if I want to return the product I have to pay the return shipping which is 35 dollars at ups. I think Jafrum is really a good company. Just purchase a helmet at that store last month and it was great. Really. If you have not tried buying in the store, then, I suggest, you should. They have great items and apparels for riders.

I broke my helmet last month and my friend recommended me to purchase at Jafrum. I did purchase a full face helmet and it was great! It really fits my head and I can feel that I am secure whenever I drive in my motorcycle. Last week, I decided to purchase a leather jackets and the product really amaze me. I recommend Jafrum for motorcycle gear.

Jafrum is the best! Best in quality and products. I bought this motorcycle vests from Jafrum, a denim one since I really love these kind of clothes. So I purchased one for less than $40. So I was happy because it really suits my budget. So when it arrived in our doorstep, I was excited to see how it was. When I opened I was really amazed by how great the item is and it really fits me well. So I was really happy. I got to have a denim jacket that is way cheaper and it is in great quality.

Jafrum is the best. I bought a Bell motorcycle helmet in jafrum and days after I received my packaged but the helmet won't fit me so I had no choice but to make a call to jafrum and have it replaced. When I called, a female answered and I explained the head-size situation and she told I have to do is send back the item and for few days it will be replaced.
