I highly recommend Jafri Oriental Rugs. They are extremely knowledgeable about Oriental rugs, including not only how to clean but also restore them. The quality of their work is superb and the service top-notch. See attached before and after pictures for the difference bringing it to Jafri can make.
We had a wonderful experience picking out a Kazakh stair runner with Humza who was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but friendly and accommodating as well! The installation went smoothly and the new rug looks amazing in our 1790 historic home. We could not be happier with the entire experience.
We had two area rugs picked up, both for cleaning with one needing a great deal of hole repairing/moth restoration. The rugs were delivered today and both looked superb. The repair work was seamless! Mr. Jafri and team were professional and always accommodating. Thank you again!
It was a pleasure working with Humza Jafri. The selection of handmade wool rugs was exceptional.. The customer service experience was excellent and they were extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a beautiful handmade rug!
