Its awful there very dirty and no-one knows what they are doing or talking about. I was told by tenants I ran into while trying to see some of the apartments. I was told don't rent there , because the ruled a ridiculous and the manager has her daughter . handymen and cleaners spy on the tenants, makes rules but only punishes the tenants she doesn't like with the rules, her husband is ex police and also spy's and tries to control by hiding game cameras around all their properties. glad I didn't make the mistake of moving the... read more
dont rent from this comnpay they illeglaly ask for 5 x the rent for income which is INSANE even if someone has a co signer bullshit and illegal trump said LANDORDS CANNOT ASK FOR THREE X THE RENT ANYMORE so idk why this company thinks asking 5x if someone has a cosigner is legal report them at all costs !!!!! they should be reported
I moved to Egret Crossing 6 years ago after relocating from Charlotte NC. I planned to stay a year or so until I found a house, but it would be difficult to leave at this point. The apt manager, Synde is clear on the rules and expectations and she enforces them, no matter who you are. Trust me, there are no favorites. Rules are rules and apply to everyone. Over priced and under maintained. The on-site manager was disrespectful and made it difficult to get things fixed. The police were there multiple times a month, and even with the doors locked I didn’t feel safe.
Nice, well maintained, friendly and courteous staff.
20 employees quit or fired in less then a year, something is definitely wrong here....
