Dr.Jaffe provides quality eye care, don’t let the negative reviews scare you. I enjoyed the traditional ways and vintage style. I’ll be returning for eye care services.
This place is awful. The doctor is even worse. His equipment is so outdated that the autorefractor kept slowly raising in its own and he kept telling me not to move. And when I stayed still, we told me I was moving again and to keep centered with it. Well, I'm not 7 foot tall, so fix your equipment. Also, Dr. Jaffe is very rude. He left my exam for a little over 5 minutes to schedule someone who walked in. Do you hate technology? Do you love old things? Does the idea of not talking during an appointment excite you? Then this is the place for you! Dr. Jaffe’s office takes you back roughly 30 years. He doesn’t talk during his exams except to give instructions. You will have to wear a mask which you will appreciate as he gets so close to check your eyes you question if you will kiss. Excellent optometry practice. Dr. Jaffe is very knowledgeable and conducts a thorough exam. I've been going here for years for my yearly exam and updates to my glasses and contacts and have received nothing but great service that fits my schedule.
