I found a vehicle I was interested in listed on their website (a 2020 XC90). I sent an email and called to confirm the car was available for test drive. A got a call from their inventory manager who told me they would not sell me the car unless I paid all cash because they didn’t want to file a lien on a car registered in a different state (the dealership is in MA and I’m in PA, so it’s not exactly the other side of the planet).
