I am very happy with the 2025 Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid I purchased from Jaffarian recently. I get 50% more mileage per gallon of gas than my 2012 Toyota RAV 4 gasoline run car that I traded in. Jay Dwyer was outstanding. He helped me by providing different options, explaining the pro's and con's of each option so I could easily make a decision on which car to buy. Everything was excellent and I am very happy
Do NOT go to Jaffarian. They do nothing but lie to make a sale. They blame you for things they should have done but didn't. (Inspection stickers, making sure the vehicle is free of damage before delivery, sending plate transfer documentation, and scheduling replacement windshield) I was dismissed by a manager and hung up on mid-sentence when I was trying to explain the mistakes that had been endless. I purchased a used vehicle from Jaffarian, and 8 days after receiving it, the left front wheel fell off while driving on the highway. Fortunately neither I nor anyone else was injured. After inspecting the faulty wheel and hub assembly, Jaffarian told me that they were not responsible, and that "someone" must have loosened the lug nuts just prior to the incident, because there was "no possible way" I could have driven the car 500 miles with loose nuts, before the wheel would have come off.
