Never do business with this company. I was told my newly purchased sienna had run flat tires that were very expensive to replace or repair. Because of this, it was highly recommended to purchase a tire and wheel warranty. Upon needing new tires 2 years later, I found out I actually did not have run flat tires. The dealership reached out to me to return my lease early and agreed to pay the rest of the term if we moved forward with a new lease. After agreeing to do so, a year later, I receive a collections notice for the term. It seems they lied about paying it off and proceeded to ruin my credit. After calling on multiple occasions and told I would receive a call back I never heard from anyone.
This is a highly unethical dealership. I would never go to them again. I negotiated a price for a 2021 **** Prime in March. It arrived at the dealership at the end of May. When I went in to sign for a car loan, there was never a discussion on re-negotiating the price. I believed that the price was what we had agreed on in March. !! WARNING !! Jaffarian ***** executed a "bait and switch" on me, in which I was lead to believe I was leasing a specific vehicle that I test drove, negotiated a lease rate for, deposited $10k for, signed papers for, and drove for 3 weeks before being called by *************, ****** *******, and informed that they delivered me the wrong vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle from Jaffarian, and 8 days after receiving it, the left front wheel fell off while driving on the highway. Fortunately neither I nor anyone else was injured. After inspecting the faulty wheel and hub assembly, Jaffarian told me that they were not responsible, and that "someone" must have loosened the lug nuts just prior to the incident, because there was "no possible way" I could have driven the car 500 miles with loose nuts, before the wheel would have come off.
