I use to work for these people. They rip you off every chance they get. Don't call them. There mark up on parts is un call for. In are weekly safety meetings the managers would tell us to find things wrong and have us try to sell you more work.
I had a plumbing emergency and was able to receive 5-star service from Jafco. Brian and Sam were professional, amazing, and helpful. I spoke with Brian on the phone and Sam showed up ready to work. This stressful situation was handled seamlessly. I'm so thankful to be able to have this done. Should I need plumbing services in the future, this is the company I'll be calling!
Came home to sewage in our basement. Jafco had George and Alex out within an hour. They were able to find a spot to run their snake without having to take the toilet off. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend.
Woke up this morning to discover I had no hot water. These guys were great. I called them at 9:50 AM and had my new water heater Installation completed by 1 PM. Installer even had to rush back to their supplier to get a different size water heater which saved me over $2000 Re- plumbing. The installer was super personable and informative and respectful while on site. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Jafco plumbing and sewer!
