My heater failed on the coldest weekend of the year. J.A.Floyd had a HVAC tech on site within 2 hours. Turns out the compressor fan had failed, it took 2 days to get the part, (MLK Holiday weekend). New part installed and the system is up and running. Thanks guys, great job

Steve and Brett were the technicians that came to house. They were fantastic and did excellent work. AND services were the ones who installed my 3 ton unit and did a bad job. I wanted a soft start on my unit and ended up with a hard start. AND services wanted three times the amount I was charged by J.A.. Floyd. I would highly recommend using J.A.Floyd for your AC needs.

I have had several jobs completed. Installing fans, running outlets in the yard, 250 volt outlet for my new car, recently fix where rats ate a line causing my kitchen to be with our power. I highly recommend them. Fast, efficient, excellent. Every one I have had dealings with is the very best. I am great full I found this company to help me with my electrical needs.

Good Communication, fast service, knowledgeable team and a fair price. Erin showed at 8am on-the-dot, to resolve what was tripping one of those new arc fault/GFI breakers. I watched as he went through a process of elimination to narrow down and ultimately find the problem. I'd have these guys out again in a heartbeat. 5 stars......easy.
