Dr. Chang fixed my shoulder and I think he did an excellent job! Nice Guy also!
My teen daughter went to Dr. Chang for shoulder surgery. He made us all feel at ease with his confidence and wonderful bedside manner. The surgery went swimmingly! Highly recommend!
