Absolutely cannot recommend this office. We have eye insurance that has a $0 copay for eye exams. The optometrist for both my wife and myself at the very end of our exams said ‘I need to run one more test.” When we went to leave we were told that we each had a $29 balance. They agreed we had a zero copay but the “test” was $29. We already had both declined the retinal mapping they offer but apparently they did it anyways. This optometrist office is dishonest. Excellent Dr. Takes his time in examining his patients and explains his findings. Friendly and thoughtful staff.
My husband and I saw Dr. Lee yesteday. We agreed he is the best optometrist we have had. He took the time to explain his findings. He is careful, thoughtful and friendly. Excellent staff.
