I don’t take writing negative reviews lightly, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I visited Dr. Chung for treatment of an ingrown toenail on my right toe. The first visit went smoothly; Dr. Chung wanted to examine both toes, and he confirmed that the left toe was fine, focusing on the right one. However, during the second visit, after the right toe was treated and the infection resolved, Dr. Chung unexpectedly and without any communication, removed two pieces of nail from my left toe, which wasn’t the area of conce... read more
