Absolutely wonderful experience! Perla and the practice team were so caring and professional from beginning to end. Perla took her time to fully explain all my treatment options and ultimately allowed me to decide what I felt was best to address my concerns without feeling pressured. Thank you so much ladies!
While the NP Perla is wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable. Dropping my rating due to a highly unprofessional consultation with Dr. Jae Kim at You Are Beautiful Institute. Instead of explaining in detail the brow lift, blephoplasty procedures, he asked irrelevant questions and told me my nose is crooked and disrespected me by comparing me with a face to a picture of a 43 year old women and I am 61 year old women. I did not feel comfortable and safe. I would not recommend.
This place is beautiful - both aesthetically (!) and humanly; the doc and the staff are all very kind and gracious. The people here are all beautifully kind. Dr. Kim is a graduate of Julliard and Harvard, yet is very humble and caring: no exaggeration - I am deeply impressed by some doctors we know who upholding the Hippocratic Oath. And again, the staffers are all consistently kind...my wife and children are blessed. I hope many patients find this place. And they surely are going to be blessed like we are.
I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Kim and his team for the wonderful service and genuine care you have shown me and my son throughout my experience. Everyone at this practice is sooooo sweet and professional. I will always come here for my treatments and advice on skincare. Perla, Tracy, Amalia, and Elvia are amazing. Dr Kim is a sweetheart! I love coming here.
