My review is for follow up with some person in his office. After seeing the Doctor on a referral, I got referrals for physical therapy. I got a call that 1 referral was approved & to call back. The person in the office was confused. I said I don't know what you are confused about. I am answering a call from Laura in Dr Jung's office, to arrange appointments. She hung up on me!!!!!!! The rudeness and stupidity is asounding.
This doctor (Jae H. Jung, MD) has definitely helped me a great deal with pain management! His team and staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and take care of my health issues.
