My daughter got her nails done here last week. She attempted to use a gift card she got for Christmas and they refused to honor the gift card. They made us pay out of pocket. I have the gift card and the link to where it was purchased (see photos below). J’Adore refuses to make it right so now I am out $100 for a gift card that they won’t let me use. This is theft. I also left one review already that somehow disappeared, and no one reached out to me, so this time I’m including the pictures.
My daughter went in today to get her nails done using a $100 gift card she received for Christmas. They acted clueless when she pulled up the gift card and refused to honor it, making us pay out of pocket. I double checked everything and the gift card definitely matches this nail salon. I even pulled up the website where the gift card was purchased, confirming it was all correct. They basically stole $100. Selling gift cards and refusing to let them be used is theft.

My sister and i brought our niece to get mani pedis. None of us got acrylics, and our niece just got a regular nail polish. My sister and i got gel on both toes and nails which was over 300 dollars alone. We got very simple designs. Mine being one finger on each hand. The prices for the pedicures were not listed. There are tons of add on charges that we were not aware of. It took 2 & 1/2 hours for the three of us with all of us having our own nail tech. I’ve been coming to J’adore for about three years now and worked with quite a few of the nail artists there and they are always patient and listen to what I would like. The last three Christmases Kalen has done special holiday designs for me. I love that she’s so open to try new designs when I bring in pictures, this year we tried a couple new ones and they all turned out great, especially my Grinch, polar bear, and penguin which she did just from pictures I brought in on my phone! I love this holiday tradition
