Si pudiera poner 0 stars lo aria, se me dio Una cantidad de dinero que me iban a dar, después me llegó una carta que siempre no, le llevé la carta a Jessica y ella tendría k mandarles lo que pedían allí para poder recibir mi dinero. Nunca lo iso. Fui mas de 4 veces y me decia que ya avia tratado de comunicarse con ellos, cual fue mentira. llame muchas veces y la front desk solo me decia espera su llamada y nada. muy mal communicacion, muy buenas para cobrar pero para comunicarse no..

Communication is awful, no organization no one ever knows why they called "let me find out and call you back" I've tried a couple years to use them and it's always a hot mess. That don't take appointments so just take your luck and have at least an hour to sit in there and wait. Never again. They called to ask questions about my return and had to leave a message i called back just to be told they filed my taxes and it would be $240. So much for an estimate.
