The reason for not giving Jetcity 5 stars is because I don't like being a carpet cleaner, for me it is just not what I want to do, but I can see how people find satisfaction in being a technician. I want to say as a person of color it is rare for me to feel that my skin tone is not a factor in how I am treated as a employee. I felt comfortable and as of I was treated the same as everyone else. Great carpet techs! Sammer is my absolute favorite when I get him at my properties! He is always smiling and laughing when I see him! Liz and Dorathy are always on top of scheduling and willing to work with us to get things done!
