I have worked with this company for years !! From floods to carpet cleaning and even pressure washing. Most recently we had our pool deck, trash area and breezeway pressure washed by Joey. He did a very thorough job! Very reasonable pricing and excellent customer service! They showed up at the time they said and executed what needed to be done in the time frame discussed. Called to get a quote for my house and was told it was too much work for 4 bedrooms, living room, 14 steps and a small dining room.
I had some tenants with 5 cats (hid from me) that urinated all over my laminate flooring and left my apartment smelling SO BAD that my neighbors complained to my HOA. Theres no way I could rent out my apartment in that condition. After airing it out periodically over a month, strong air fresheners, and having it professionally cleaned the smell was still so strong.
