I had some tenants with 5 cats (hid from me) that urinated all over my laminate flooring and left my apartment smelling SO BAD that my neighbors complained to my HOA. Theres no way I could rent out my apartment in that condition. After airing it out periodically over a month, strong air fresheners, and having it professionally cleaned the smell was still so strong. Absolutely the worse experience I've ever had. JetCity rescheduled my appointment twice. Finally when they were supposed to come, they came 2 hours after the appointment time and then delayed me another 45 min as they went to get their equipment. They then come back to me that they didn't bring their equipment and just left ! After all of these attempts my home was never carpet cleaned. I would not work with this vendor and they should be shut down
This is a ex employee review. I was never a customer so I can't give a customer review. The reason for not giving Jetcity 5 stars is because I don't like being a carpet cleaner, for me it is just not what I want to do, but I can see how people find satisfaction in being a technician. I want to say as a person of color it is rare for me to feel that my skin tone is not a factor in how I am treated as a employee. I felt comfortable and as of I was treated the same as everyone else.
