I was very disappointed with my experience. I had four different people work on my nails, and I kept getting moved from one technician to another, which made the whole appointment feel disorganized and impersonal. The nail design I requested wasn’t overly complicated, I’ve had very similar designs done elsewhere with no issues. However, it took 15 minutes per nail just for the design, making the appointment much longer than it should have been. Overall, the service felt inefficient and poorly managed. I love it here. Every tech does an amazing job and makes sure you leave with your expectations met. Everyone is so kind and the place is very clean. Front desk is very welcoming and takes appointments on time!!

Jaded nails is my favourite place to get my nails done in Cambridge! They have a huge selection of products and different colours to choose from, and The staff is always super friendly and does a fantastic job no matter what picture example you bring in of what you’d like to get! I’ve been going here for the last 4 years ish and I’ve always left satisfied every time, Their prices for the services are well priced as well and I’d definitely recommend trying this place out if you’re searching for a good nail salon!!
