The massage itself was good, which I really appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The building and facilities felt outdated, and the sheets and setup didn’t look fresh, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, the receptionist rushed us, which affected the welcoming atmosphere. While the massage was good, the environment and service need improvement.
Professional and great staff
My husband and I visited the Jade Spa this past weekend after he gifted me a Way Spa gift card. I chose this location because of the appealing spa packages they offered. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, which was a nice touch. As part of the package, they offered "light refreshments." However, instead of providing them on-site, they asked what we would like and then went to purchase a turkey sandwich and fruit from the city market across the street. Went here for the first time, Crystal, Linda and Anna were so kind and welcoming! They offered us a discount as first-timers. Crystal was super professional and very understanding of my needs. Linda did so great, that my bf fell asleep! Lol. We did the head and shoulders massage, including scalp massage, and for a little treat, Crystal threw in a hot stone massage on my tense areas. It was amazing! It's a cozy little spot, and the ladies are truly so sweet. Highly recommend.
Got a last minute appointment for my friend and I for a massage & facial. Good central location but it is on the 2nd floor without an elevator so be prepared to climb a flight of stairs. Friendly staff but minimal communication. During the session everything felt rushed and routine. I admit that I hadn't had a massage in a very long time but I felt like I was being put thru the wringer. I should have spoken up but I was hoping it was over sooner rather than later.
