I’ve lived here for 6 years. The grounds are well kept, maintenance requests are responded to promptly, a congenial atmosphere exists with tenants of varied ethnic groups. Dog owners are conscientious about cleaning up. I like living here. I hope to be here for a while.
I'm a resident at jade terrace. I have lived here for 22 years. The new manager Stephanie at Jade Terrace gets the job done right away. I like the new manager she is very nice and works very hard to get things done even when we don't have a permanent maintenance person.
