Dr, Ong is very nice and she makes sure you are comfortable. She likes to get to know her patient, what they like or dislike. Very nice dentist. I have been very pleased with her work.

She gave good advice and did a great job on my veneers. Chair-side manner couldn't be nicer, especially with kids. My daughter used to be afraid of going to the dentist, but not anymore! Insurance and billing was handled quickly and professionally, and all charges were explained to me thoroughly. I go out of my way to see this dentist.

Dr. Ong and her staff are the exemplarily example of professional dental care and friendly service. Going to the dentist for the first time in years could have been a very nerve-wracking experience, however the experience was better than I could hope for. Ive had bad experience in the past with dentists so I had an emergency tooth extraction and found Dr Ong based on the other patients reviews here. I went to her and I'm so glad I did; she's kind, caring, gentle, stopping to make sure I'm OK, talking to me to relax me during my extraction. As she was pulling out the tooth she told me "its coming, its coming - IT'S A BOY!" which made me laugh and I completely forgot about her yanking the tooth out of my mouth. I am definitely going to make Dr Ong my regular dentist!
A very friendly environment. A very informative experience and best of all excellent result. The practice's motto is Dentistry with a gentle touch and a very gentle experience indeed. I strongly believe that this is as good as it gets.
