I’ve asked Jade Stone Realty multiple times to stop texting me and to use email only for important communication. Despite this clear request, they continue to ignore my boundaries — completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s clear they prioritize profit over people, with no regard for supporting families or offering compassion during stressful times. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for respectful, client-centered service.
