Service and Communication... The women I dealt with didnt have a name and was EXTREMELY RUDE.... I spent over $70 for something I didnt want....i expressed my concern for better service and got an argument for my trouble..... Next time, I'll go to Wal-Mart.....
Todo mal servicio mala comida la mesera con cara de k no quería trabajar pedí arroz blanco y me trajo café ni dejo k le explicara aventaba las cosas en la mesa el ambiente triste hay pescados en la pared y ni es de mariscos ambientación fría,ni siquiera dijo k si estábamos listos para ordenar, ni bienvenida ni nada. No lo recomiendo no vuelvo jamás
This food tasted so nasty, not sure how they are still open. I should have read previous reviews before I dropped $60 in this nasty place.

So sad that the food is not good anymore. The egg rolls used to be excellent. Got some today. They no longer have meat or shrimp in them. The fried rice taste like plain rice with soy sauce on it yo turn it brown. They need a cook that knows how to prepare Chinese food. Clean up the restaurant,hire a new cook and bring back the old menu. The cantaniece chow mein was an excellent dish
Best eggrolls I've ever had, and the food in general is always delicious!! Been eating at Jade Palace for over 25 years!
Best lunch EVER!!!! This place is tried and true.
