I recently came across one the worst nails salons in manhattan.The nail tech MIA,who I would never forget,when it came to me checking out …literally demanded a tip.I felt so disrespected this place literally has the worst customer service.I should’ve known not to go there once I saw nobody there but never again.I wish I can give this place no stars.
I frequently visit this place because of its friendly staff. I usually get a manicure or a chair massage. The ambiance is calm and quiet during the day and weekdays. However, I’ve had to wait on weekends, and it seems to be busier.
My dazzle dry manicure came out chunky. When taking off previous gel, manicurist just drilled and didn’t use acetone- was very rough on my nails leaving a lot of sensitivity and blood lines under nails when I took the nail polish off :( my nails have been hurting every day since I got the manicure. Prices were ok but place was clean and service was polite.
