First time visiting this location and I got a mani/pedi. One of the best services I have received in NYC. While on the pricier side, the facility and service makes it worth it. I will definitely be returning!

I am relieved to have finally found a good nail place within walking distance from home. There used to be several great places on the UWS 20 years ago, including in my home neighborhood near Lincoln Center. The quality has dipped quite a bit, but Jade is a most welcome exception. Have gone in twice for mani/pedi with Angel. She does an excellent job and is very accommodating with all requests. Very sweet disposition. She files my nails evenly and to the exact length I desire. While the nails my colleague got done were beautiful, (THE MOST IMPORTANT THING), the organization and upkeep of this salon made it nearly impossible to enjoy. The online appointment maker doesn't work, to begin with. I confirmed my time via phone, but the employee seemed like he didn't actually have me in the system. Me and my 2 colleagues made appointments at 6:45.
