They did a great job with my nail shape. I asked for almond and it came out flawless. Balanced on both hands, no uneven edges. Super happy with the attention to detail.🥰
They offered me water as soon as I sat down, which was such a nice touch. It made me feel welcome and relaxed right away. Little things like that show great customer care.
Their nail removal process is so gentle. I had old acrylics taken off and they did it slowly without damage. No harsh filing or yanking. My natural nails were still healthy underneath. Huge plus!
