I have been a regular customer at this salon because the quality of work is usually excellent. However, during my most recent visit, the service did not meet expectations. My husband requested a manicure and pedicure. While he received his pedicure, his manicure was overlooked despite his request, and he was left waiting without follow-up. Princess Manicure for my daughter! She adores CINNAMROLL, so when Mary said she could do a Mani with her fave character - we had to get it!
This review is coming from someone who really does not like to write bad reviews but is honest about their experiences. I made my reservation online, but I did not get the person I made the reservation with. I had one person do my pedicure, and a different person did my nails. I would have liked the same person to do both services, but I guess they don't work that way. It's probably quicker to have two people work on one person. It felt a little rushed. Needed nails that could survive a week of camping and still look good - yes, really . Jade did a short gel overlay and sealed everything perfectly💖 . No chips, no lifting , and my nails still looked fresh after setting up tents and building fires . That’s some serious staying power . Thank you 👌 !
