I called to make an appt for 2pm. Arriving at 2pm a walk in arrived right before me so they sit her down abd star working on her. While the other technician started on me. Then at 230 a lady with an appointment walks in with a request for my technician. So left with my hands soaking for 30 minutes while she starts on this lady. Then comes and put my tips on.
