Horrible experience, some technicians must be new or in training and they are servicing full price service. After an hour of getting the acrilic full set the job was horrible so unprofessional paint all over, they have to redo the whole no chip nail polish. Finally was a mediocre job. After 7 days , one of the acrylic nails came off but I was so afraid going back and they ruin more my natural nails. The acrylic they used was so bad that all the nails came off with a floos pick. I was coming here for years not sure what happened but they fell off. I typically pay $90-$100 for nails and toes and like 3 days later my nails lift right off. Also sometimes their nail polish starts showing black spots after 2days. The last time I got a pedicure here I caught fungus on my toenails. When I addressed all these issues They make excuses and never take accountability. Be careful they must not be sanitizing their tools and pedi sink. I also have pictures to prove I caught fungus.

Unfortunately I have to change my review. My first time there was great I gave 5 stars, May was fantastic. I went back today and the service was horrible. So I won't be back. I like to spend my money were I am respected and I don't feel mistreated.
They do good nails, I dont like they ask 4 tips. This is optional, and I will tip as I see fit I wish they would take appointments and really honor them when u have one. Not just set an appointment, and you get there, and 5 or more people are in front of you.
