Over the last few years, I have had many massages from Jade Spa, from several different massage theraphist. All, to a person, was excellent. For one hour they charge 60 dollars and I usually leave a tip of 20-25 percent. I know that sheets and towels are removed after each client. Many times, while going to the restroom in the back of the spa, I hear the washing machine going and sets of clean sheets and towels neatly sacked. 0 stars. I went for the 60 min oil massage. I didn’t get her name but she kept massaging on my spine. Didn’t put oil on until I asked her about it and then only worked on one side and section of my back. She also scratched me with her long nails. I kept telling her to stop and told her I wanted to leave after repeatedly telling her that she was massaging my bones not the muscles. She stopped but then got a hot towel to rub the oil off and did this for a long time. I now understand why so she could charge me for 30 minutes. I... read more
