First and last time here. Didn’t get the name of the person who massaged me. Place looked decent but massage is terrible. I highly doubt they are masseuses or have had any prior experience or knowledge about massages. No cohesive massage through out body and didn’t not space time between each section of your body. Dry massaged with no lotion/oil for the first 30-45 min. Didn’t know how to use hot stones and placement. She massaged my butt and stomach which was completely different and uncomfortable. Over the last few years, I have had many massages from Jade Spa, from several different massage theraphist. All, to a person, was excellent. For one hour they charge 60 dollars and I usually leave a tip of 20-25 percent. I know that sheets and towels are removed after each client. Many times, while going to the restroom in the back of the spa, I hear the washing machine going and sets of clean sheets and towels neatly sacked. 0 stars. I went for the 60 min oil massage. I didn’t get her name but she kept massaging on my spine. Didn’t put oil on until I asked her about it and then only worked on one side and section of my back. She also scratched me with her long nails. I kept telling her to stop and told her I wanted to leave after repeatedly telling her that she was massaging my bones not the muscles. She stopped but then got a hot towel to rub the oil off and did this for a long time. I now understand why so she could charge me for 30 minutes. I... read more
