Dr Hoy has a great manner when dealing with patients. He listens to your concerns and actually hears what you are saying. He meets you where you are psychologically, emotionally and medically. He doesn't automatically send you to every specialist in three counties instead of handling what he is able to address.He has been my primary care since I came to Montgomery 17 or so years ago
Visit made with mother in law as patient. Dr Hoy was very kind and personable to patient and family alike. He was reassuring to patient as she was preparing to transition from home to a facility. Staff very professional and helpful as well. Thank you.
I used to see Dr. Cloutier and then transitioned to Dr. Hoy. Been seeing him since day 1 with Jackson. I love his down to earth approach and personality. He listens well and understands that although he advocates as your Physician, he gets that you still know your own body since you’re living it and will take his time to hear you which I do appreciate so much. He is our family Physician and has seen my entire family for many years now. I adore Dr. Hoy and recommend him so much.
I have used this particular doctor's office since I was a child and Dr. Cloutier was my family doctor. The smooth transition from Dr. Cloutier to Dr. Hoy I didn't miss a beat Dr. Hoy is a fun upbeat guy which is what I was use too with Dr. Cloutier. Dr. Hoy really is concerned on you and your family's well being and health and that in itself goes a long way.
Dr Hoy is truly a great Doctor! Takes his time with you and listens to what Medical Problems you have. We are really lucky to have him in Prattville, Al.!
Fantastic doctor... Very knowledge...takes a personal in his patients.. I feel very confidant coming to him and the care he gives.
Best general physician I've ever had. He actually cares about our overall well being whereas I've had other doctors in the past that just wanted you out asap.
He listens!!!!! He is easy to share concerns with and trys to address each issue!
I would recommend Dr. Hoy based on my experience with him at Jackson Hospital, but although this website says he is taking new patients, when I called they said he wasn't. Therefore as a patient I am very frustrated. So no, I would not recommend Dr. Hoy. He isn't taking patients anyway.
