Booked Maya for my son's girlfriend for a full sew-in and closure. She charged her almost $200 over what I was quoted for the services (after she refused to use the hair that she purchased and made her leave to go purchase hair that cost almost triple the price of the hair she bought before she would even begin the install). The install took several hours past the quoted time and the results are subpar. This was my 5 year old daughter's first salon experience. Rachuel was very patient with her in helping her acclimate to the process and making it feel very relaxed and comfortable. Jade Hair Salon is very beautiful inside with a very natural, luxe aesthetic. Rachuel let my daughter describe the style she wanted (three pony tails with beads) and executed it beautifully!
