The overall service is not bad but charging me an additional $40 for trimming 1 or 2 inches of edges is ridiculous to me. I usually pay $30 in another salon for wash and blow dry. When you suggest to a client to add a service, at least let them know how much they'll pay so they will be prepared. From $90 to $130 I'm still in shock, I've never trimming my edges for more than $20 before, $40 for a less than 10min trim wooo

Booked Maya for my son's girlfriend for a full sew-in and closure. She charged her almost $200 over what I was quoted for the services (after she refused to use the hair that she purchased and made her leave to go purchase hair that cost almost triple the price of the hair she bought before she would even begin the install). The install took several hours past the quoted time and the results are subpar. Also, my son's girlfriend ended up with leave out (which is not what we were quoted for) and her hair was not even styled! ... read more
