Ordered food tonight. It was disgusting. Noodles way overcooked. Have been ordering for over 15 years. WILL NEVER waste my money at JADE GARDEN again. I threw most of the food directly in garbage
I use to love ordering from this place since it first opened, but now with the new owners it's really bad and disgusting.
Avoid. This place is dirty and the food has really down graded. I even got food poisoning. Report them to the public health inspector.
I live not far from here and have been ordering here for years but since it has changed owners the food is AWFUL!! Shrimp is terrible and small. Chicken is as hard as a rock. Used to be cooked fresh now must be sitting there for hours!! They shouldn't be allowed to call themselves Jade Garden as Jade Garden WAS great! Thanks for the suggestion Louise.....I too will be going elsewhere!
Unfortunately since the business changed hands, everything has changed. No more breaded shrimp, just little torpedo shrimp that taste aweful. Lemon chicken hard, general tao chicken is not as nice. Sweet and sour wonton not nice. It is too bad we have been ordering from here for many years. Not any more tho, we have found New Hong Kong is a much better choice now.
