Wow price gouged ! Was asking for a basic wrap with two of their flower batches on hand, and the lady reacted like I was asking for the world. At first she seemed angry and annoyed. then she quoted a price to do the rewrap and it was insane. Very bad shop. Try comparing with the other flower shop in the mall. Also another place called ML treats you with more respect and won’t gouge you.
How do you name yourself jade garden and not have a single flower thats jade green. Disappointed.

One of the ladies working there was so rude. I was with my grandma picking out flowers, and the worker rudely asked us to move. There was no space as it was crowded during the holidays, regardless I tried my best to move. The worker shoved me and stated wrapping another customer's order. Unfortunately, this interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. I won't come back here. The flowers we got were also not great as the leaves and petals were bent/snapped. However, the other worker that helped us was nicer.
