Had the General Tso's and it was really good, looking forward to trying more of the menu next time.
If I could give ZERO, I would. I'm still waiting for my food at 11:55, when my order was placed at 11am. They say, they don't care about the customers and will not issue a credit , discount, or even an apology. And, then they hang up on you. Twice. AWFUL, INAPPROPRIATE, UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.
They are liars and thieves. I've ordered from them several times on ubereats. Placed an order and Ubereats added the wrong address. I immediately saw the error and tried to correct the address using the app. Ubereats cancelled the order instead. Ubereats said that I would not get a refund because the food had already been prepared.
