(Jade fiducial Houston) - No responses to my emails/call. When I finally speak w/ someone, I get a couple of moralizing responses; the person did not send me the document she said she would after the call. After one week, I assume she did not want me as a client. If too busy, they could have told me.
Terrible customer service, my tax return took ages to prepare and they cashed my check to the IRS before the date I explicitly told them to wait for. Avoid at all costs!
