We have been dining here for years, even when it was Four Seas (not four seasons) Chinese Restaurant. It's our favorite for flavor, preparation, and service. We've been to many other Cantonese and Mandarin locations, but we always end back up at Jade Dragon.
The food is excellant and the staff very efficient. Once I year I book a large group for lunch and whether it is more people than expected or a drop off in attendance, the staff is never rattled and always accommodating.
One of the best Beef Chop Suey around. I love eating here when I'm in the area.
Best we've ever had. Peking duck is outstanding. Egg foo yung is my favorite.
