I was told by the dentist, “It would be easier for me if you told me your tooth hurts so that I could go ahead and do a root canal and we could be done.” When I asked questions to get clarity on what he could do if I did NOT need a root canal he told me he wasn’t going to talk about that anymore and walked out of the office on me.

Ive been going to this dentist for a few years and I've always thought they did a good job. Recently, I called to make an appointment and was sent to voicemail to be called back by a recopnist. They never called back and over the course of 3 days I called 6 times and no one ever answered. I came to the conclusion that if this office can't even do something simple like answer a phone or return a message, they certainly can't be trusted to work on someone's teeth. Really disappointed.

These people are amazing. I came to them with some pretty severe dental issues. They didn't shame me, didn't make me feel like less of a person, just formed a plan to help. When I quickly realized I was getting dropped from insurance and wouldn't get work I needed covered, they helped me appeal so I could still be helped. This is an issue that would undoubtedly consume my life otherwise, so huge thank you for everyone there.

Never heard back from them for cleaning. Male hygienist was amazing, front desk not so much.

Went for a teeth cleaning, the dentist wouldn't perform the cleaning until after what other dentists described as "exposing your roots from brushing too hard"... he called it cavities along my gum-line - worst fillings I've ever seen. Hack job. My girlfriend was right, I should have gotten a 2nd opinion but really needed the teeth cleaning.
