I made an appointment two weeks ago. I showed up five minutes early for my appointment with Mia and there’s nobody in the office. I open and close the front door a second time trying to make a lot of noise and finally somebody came out who didn’t speak enough English, but told me to call the phone number on the brochure. Had a massage and almost cut it short. The masseuse had her cell phone on my massage bed and was watching a video on silent while massaging me. I could feel her actual cell phone vibrating on the massage bed while I was there to relax! Hahahah I have never had a worse massage. Zero massage going on, just rubbing all fast and hard with no attention to tendons, muscles, zero massage education. I had the anti acne facial with Rebecca,amazing facial with great results! For someone’s whos been fighting a bit of adult acne these last few weeks with home treatments, Rebecca was a complete professional and kinda fixed all of my diy blunders. I woke up the next day with my skin finally back to normal. She does a great facial, I was so relaxed I barely felt the extractions. The massage was great, the minus two stars come from the customer service. She looked at the tip giggled and then said “small”. Not sure when a 17% tip became small. But that was incredibly rude and not professional. Any sense of relaxation I had instantly went out the door
