RecommendedMoved here from California. I am going on 3 years as a tenant. The location is great. The management staff is on site all the time & make themselves available to you. They are responsive on any requests. They have taken measures in improving both the aesthetics & operations of the property. They also care about our safety are regularly checking in. Highly recommended
I would never recommend this place to anyone! The place is dirty and Trish and her lazy slob of a husband are extremely rude!
RecommendedI love the location and it's closer to Starbucks and beach,Naples pier and down town shops and restaurants. Plus pool across the street,gym. Love it 👍😍
RecommendedAmazing location! Walking distance to pretty much everything. Great for large dog owners. The dog yard is perfect and we have no problem finding time in it. I was nervous moving into a small apartment, but the layout is optimal for the size. moving from the country, it was a bit loud in the area over night but we quickly grew accustomed.
Reasonably priced for the location. Wall aircontitioning units are a bit loud and outdated. Unforntually the hurricane destroyed a lot of the beautiful/privacy shrubs. Awesome management!
