I really liked the management. I've lived here for 2 years. The changes in the management hasn't changed the consistency of work getting done around here. One time i had some leakage and management sent someone to fix the leaking pipe in about 2 days time
I really needed a place in North Hills fast and was driving almost 40 minutes to work in the mornings. Thankfully this place had an apartment available. I'm not completely happy about the price but I think its just this city can be expensive. My apartment was kinda old looking but I can deal with it for now.
I rarely write reviews, but I figured I would throw this out there to anybody looking for a place to rent. I actually really like this place. It has a cool feel and I like the aesthetic of the exterior. The summer times was nice because there was normally a nice breeze. I had been here for a while so I have seen the area go through some different phases. It's much improved over the past 10 years and there is alot of stuff to walk to. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a good value and a nice manager.
