Marian and myself dropped in yesterday to inquire about a spa. We were met by a pleasant and helpful young lady. Ainsley answered all our questions we had. We were very happy with the level of professionalism. We would happily recommend Ainsley to anyone looking for a spa
DO NOT USE! Staff leaving & sacked left right and centre. Start dealing with one person, next day they’re gone. Read all reviews this company has so many bad and negative reviews and for good reason. I filed with the magistrate court this morning to recover my deposit plus court costs. 34 phone calls and 15 e mails later I’m no closer to getting my spa replaced. I heard from a friend of mine that this place is under new management now, so after visiting other spa places and getting nowhere I thought I would give it a try..I'm glad I did.. Edwina went out of her way to help us with what we needed and we found her to be very friendly and helpful. They kept us posted with the process and now we are enjoying our fantastic spa.
Spas are great but the store in Mandurah if you can catch them open are a waste of time.
