Very happy with the product but less happy with aftersales service, especially now there is no longer a Melbourne office.

We bought our spa from Jadan Spa's and we didn't listen to the warnings. I wish we had. Their MAAX Spa range is made in China and we had nothing but issues with it. We do realise things break or we might be the recipient of a random oddball product off the line, but it's how a company deals with the issue that is the test. Firstly the spa didn't arrive until over 5 months, not 8-10 weeks as promised on our contract. Even then I had to push and push to get our spa delivered. After a few weeks our spa started to leak.
