Good Product Good Service Would Buy Again – I purchased a Jacuzzi spa from Premium Jacuzzi Spas on north Blackstone in Fresno a few years ago. The spa has been great, because the product is the best in it's class. I researched spas and found that the Jacuzzi brand is best and provides the best warranty against defects. I once needed service for a temperature sensor, and after the initial call, the reaction time was fast (within 24 hours) and there was no charge for the service call or the part. Terrible Service...Do not buy from them – Wow I must say I am very disappointed with the service. When searching for a spa I wanted one of quality and with a good warranty, and I paid a lot to get that. Within days I had a minor problem with one of the lights, which was fixed that same day. Now I have had the spa for about three months, and I came home yesterday to find that it was leaking out of the panel, and the water level had gone down six inches.
