Was an amazing experience start to finish! I wouldn’t even shop anywhere else. I did, and no one compared to Michael and Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Easton. The knowledge and experience that Michael had was second to none. He found my wife and I exactly what we wanted, and wouldn’t stop until he did. The Hot tub was also the best tub you could find in the area at the best price. Super satisfied with this experience!! I wish more companies and sales people had what this company and Michael had.
If I could give zero stars I would. We bought a jacuzzi in May 2025 and were promised delivery prior to July 4th. We were also told we didn’t need anything but electricity (they would show us how to plug it in) and that we could use the cement pad we already had. All of which were untrue. You cannot use any cement pad- it has to be a certain thickness to hold weight when it is full of water. It also needs to have a ground wire (so you don’t get electrocuted) and an electrician there to wire it in….that was an en extra 7,000 ... read more
