We had the worst experience from mgmt at your Seattle branch. In Dec 2024 we decided to get a walk-in shower because the salesman we had was so convincing and a wonderful person to deal with his name Kailen. Once we signed the paperwork, the contract along with payment in full was demanded before the end of the month. Our installation was delayed and delayed until May 2025. I wanted to share a frustrating experience I had with a Jacuzzi product, in case you’re considering purchasing from them. I bought a Jacuzzi Linea® 60 in. x 36 in. Soaker Alcove Bathtub with Right Drain in White for my house at a cost of $1,397.25. Within a year and a half, the toe tap drain stopped working. When I contacted their customer service, I was shocked to learn that the warranty on the drain was only 90 days. The customer service for this company is terrible. They are non-responsive to emails and other forms of communication. When you are able to reach someone they are rude, dismissive of your problems and blame the dealers. Their “warranty” is a joke ( they’re quick to point out the fine print). Good luck trying to address a problem, they string you along for weeks, with no real solution. Purchased premium hot tub two (2) years ago. Main board keeps failing. An inconvenience in the summer. A nightmare in the winter. While under warranty, service is unresponsive and without power (the result of faulty main board) tub will freeze. As Jacuzzi will repeatedly tell you, they do not cover freeze damage - even when it occurs due to their poor quality components and inability to provide timely repair service. Buyer beware.
