I visited a month and a half ago, and Ruth looked after us exceptionally. I had something specific in mind and when discussing what I was looking for, she immediately new the options she had available. She noticed when I lit up at a specific item and she was so attentive to all the details. It was an exceptional experience with Ruth at the Hornsby Jacqui E store. The team at Jacqui E Hornsby is amazing. Special call out to sales person Ashna. She was simply amazing. She helped me find the right fit and design. So friendly and cheerful. The collection is amazing too. I love the fittings with Jacqui E.

I visited the Jacquie store recently, and I feel compelled to express my deep disappointment with the rude behavior and attitude displayed by Vivian, the salesperson at the counter. It is absolutely unacceptable to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner. Respect should be a fundamental aspect of customer service.
