I had a disappointing experience at this store yesterday. From the moment I entered, I felt uncomfortable. A staff member closely watched me while I was browsing, and when I placed a couple of items briefly on the side bench, she immediately asked me to remove them in a very abrupt manner. While I was trying items in the fitting room, she came again and asked me to return the clothes to the rack myself, which felt quite rude and unwelcoming. Was looking for work pants today and whilst I couldn't find any that fitted the customer service was fantastic by NOLA at Fountain Gate. NOLA respected me, listened to what I needed and was even going to style me if I hadn't found anything suitable elsewhere.
