Just took a tour of his chocolate factory and learned how everything is made. Wow - it is labor intensive! Incredibly talented and hard working people handcraft everything! One thing was better than the next - chocolate covered raisins, graham crackers, Cheerios, pretzels - you name it he covers it with chocolate. Then there's the cookies, the ice cream, it goes on and on. Love this man, love his chocolate!
