Excellent personality and great treatment process
Great doctor always hears you out!
He is the best. I'm a bit of a PITA patient (not his words, I just know I am), but he always listens and follows through on my concerns. He's been my whole family's doctor for a long time, and has always been easy to talk with (even for someone that feels a lot of discomfort talking). Dr Jentel cares about his patients and goes to bat for us when necessary. Duly is a nightmare for patients and he was worth fighting through it all.
